RETURN POLICY

Items marked 'Sale' are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

We accept returns and exchanges of our goods that are unwashed, unworn and in brand new condition with tags attached within 10 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges on final sale items, Limited Edition items or items purchased with a coupon code. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer service at undertheficus@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Exchange for the same item is contingent on availability. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and all return shipping costs and new shipping costs for an exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will issue an exchange and/or refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days after receiving the item(s) for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

RETURN PROCESS

If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please contact undertheficus@gmail.com for a RA number. After you have received a RA number, please send your return or exchange to the address provided with the RA. Please include a copy of your packing slip with reference to your RA number and any shipping materials (ie. plastic bags) that were sent with your order.
